From the time the initial trials started in early 2004, the Client and Escribe were keen to leverage the Internet and broadband technology to enable accountants from the Company's office in India to have remote access the Client's server and carry out the necessary accounting and analytical work. The process basically involves Escribe's accountants logging on the Client's server and working with the documents and analysing and posting the figures on Client's accounting package running on Client's server. This worked very well and efficiently, and with communication tools such as Yahoo and MSN chat it was a seamless service, which has delivered measurable value to the Client.

Over the past year two of the Escribe's managers have come and trained with the Client and today Escribe is doing a lot more value added work including Management Accounting, VAT and other statutory returns and corporate taxation. Escribe has also assisted the Client in preparation of Business Plans for some of their Clients.

The Company has had several meetings with the Client over the past year to look at and examine efficiencies in process and communication. A system of planning and budgeting has been introduced and today the Company's managers directly log on to the Clients Time sheet and log in the time they have spent/ booked for various jobs. In a sense the Company has become a remote back office to the Client.
