Managed Services is a term we use to define the provision of a dedicated team of back office specialists owned and managed by Escribe, but who work exclusively for a named client. We work with firms of all sizes and would actively encourage small and medium firms to explore outsourcing opportunities with us.

Typically Escribe will agree upon the skill sets with a client, put in place the skills, management and processes required and then continuously monitor the quality and performance. The process is transparent and clients are encouraged to visit Escribe's Offices in India and meet 'their' team. Functional areas such as software development and programming, transcription, search and data aggregation and data mining, accounting and analytics, power point presentations etc lend themselves well to this model.
